About the role

  • Manager adjoint support de Proximité ensuring first-level support for IT and audiovisual solutions in Marseille. Engage with various teams for deployment and training as part of a dynamic tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level on-site support across the Workplace and Audiovisual scope, including: Tangram staff.
  • Academy staff.
  • Events.
  • Be proficient in the Windows client environment.
  • Provide assistance and troubleshooting for tablets and mobile devices.
  • Support deployments and monitor newly implemented solutions.
  • Deliver written and verbal training for all staff.
  • Develop and update procedures.
  • Create and track level 1 tickets.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage first-level Audiovisual support (training will be provided by the site IT team), including: room preparation (network tests, Microsoft Teams, audio, video).

Requirements

  • Curiosity and a strong interest in new IT/AV technologies.
  • Experience with streaming platforms (YouTube, Twitch, etc.).
  • Experience with the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • Proficiency in spoken English preferred.
