Responsibilities
Your role within the Category & Sales Strategy team at Bel UK is tasked with driving the business through effective retailer and shopper engagement.
From category analysis to discover killer insights, delivering engaging retailer presentations, collaborative business planning and executing winning trade marketing plans, you’ll play a key role internally & externally growing the Bel UK business.
Take ownership for the preparation and maintenance of market reports, sharing with the wider business and customers as appropriate.
Deliver Trade/Shopper marketing executions which reflect the shopper’s needs and are strategically tailored across the path to purchase.
Jointly build customer/channel specific Shopper Marketing plans to deliver category/brand solutions and deliver against the brand plans, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Responsibility for retailer budgets, planning, forecasting, processing and invoicing each campaign and total year budget.
Driving innovation with differentiated retailer initiatives and event plans, supported by data-led rationale, aligned with promotional and brand communication plan.
Requirements
Educated to degree level
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Preferred experience of using Circana/Nielsen/Kantar market data tools
Preferred experience presenting to clients, analysing data and working on creative marketing assets
You have a strong interest in understanding the shopper mindset, working with retailers and impacting the grocery retail landscape and of course a strong passion for our brands!
