About the role
- Logistics Procurement Specialist managing procurement of global transport services for Grohe AG. Engaging in market analysis and monitoring transport costs and performance.
Responsibilities
- Einkauf logistischer Dienstleistungen: Weltweite Ausschreibungen und Benchmarking im Bereich Straßentransport, See, Luft, KEP-Dienstleistungen sowie Lagerdienstleistungen
- Systembedienung und -pflege (z. B. Eurolog, Pool4Tool, SAP): Datenpflege von Ratenvereinbarungen im System (Eurolog), Stammdaten- und Kontaktdatenpflege im Supplier Management
- Marktanalysen, Beobachtung des Transportmarktes sowie das Erkennen von Markttrends und Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
- Monitoring und Analyse von Kosten, Laufzeiten, Warenströmen sowie anderer Kennzahlen (Performance KPIs)
- Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung von Verträgen und Pflichtenheften (Service Level Agreements/ Standard Operating Procedure)
- Unterstützung der Implementierung von Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung bei Supply Chain Projekten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine zusätzlich anerkannte einjährige Fachausbildung im Bereich Logistik mit Berufserfahrung von bis zu einem Jahr im Bereich Transport/ Logistik/ Einkauf/ Supply Chain Management
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und gute Auffassungsgabe
- Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie gutes Konzentrationsvermögen
- Organisationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie Risikobewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute berufsbezogene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
- Kenntnisse in MS Access von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in SAP TM sind wünschenswert
