About the role

  • Customer Success Associate enhancing client engagement and satisfaction at Green Street through onboarding and support. Collaborating with teams to promote user growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional user experiences for clients
  • Own Customer Success activities across key client touchpoints, including onboarding, support, and outreach
  • Partner with Sales & Account Management for client engagement opportunities
  • Train users on effective platform usage
  • Identify and advocate for client needs to influence product development
  • Hit annual KPIs for user growth and retention.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or a related field
  • Ability to think strategically and develop thoughtful client outreach plans
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Desire to provide exceptional client service
  • Ability to present on complex topics in clear and concise manner.
