Responsibilities
Lead and realize growth ambitions for Power Grids in German speaking markets
Monitor market developments and analyze business opportunities
Engage with C-level relations and increase market visibility
Collaborate with other sales managers and account management teams
Act as a thought leader in the industry and represent the company at conferences
Generate leads and manage the bid process for medium to large opportunities
Support operational delivery teams with priority setting
Contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan
Requirements
Strong skills in business strategy, sales pipeline management and market analysis, with a focus on advisory services
Experience in identifying opportunities, managing bids and increasing market presence
Demonstrated ability to seize and close commercial opportunities and impact business growth and profitability
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in networking and customer engagement, with a focus on building long-term relationships
Fluent in German and English
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and advisory services in a fast-paced, changing, complex and ambiguous environment
Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems, and to understand market trends and make sound judgments
Ability to define market share within own area and set ambitious, realistic targets for growth
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven ability to coach/mentor and develop professionals
