About the role

  • Sales Manager driving growth in Benelux market for Power Grids. Focus on Energy Transition and digital transformation initiatives with key customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and realise growth ambition in the Benelux market of Power Grids
  • Support Energy Transition by leveraging digital transformation
  • Monitor market developments and analyze new business opportunities
  • Increase market visibility, drive lead generation, and sponsor projects
  • Define and operationalize Power Grids strategy and market ambitions
  • Work closely with other Sales Managers and Key Account Management organization's teams
  • Generate leads and act as opportunity owner for medium to large opportunities
  • Support 'your' operational delivery team(s) with setting priorities during resource scarcity

Requirements

  • Strong skills in business strategy, sales pipeline management and market analysis, with a focus on advisory services
  • Experience in identifying opportunities, managing bids and increasing market presence
  • Demonstrated ability to seize and close commercial opportunities and impact business growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in networking and customer engagement, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and advisory services in a fast-paced, changing, complex and ambiguous environment
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems, and to understand market trends and make sound judgments
  • Ability to define market share within own area and set ambitious, realistic targets for growth
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proven ability to coach/mentor and develop professionals
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusivity to define the best project-teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and promote an inclusive culture within the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and manage conflicting priorities
  • Innovative mindset to generate fresh ideas and solutions, promoting change and novelty
  • In-depth knowledge of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector in Benelux markets
  • Good understanding of Transmission and Distribution market, in particular related to Grid Utilization, transformation and congestion management, its players and dynamics
