Responsibilities
- Develop Ideas & Concepts: Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, art directors, designers, and social managers to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute outstanding integrated communication campaigns.
- Craft High-Impact Copy: Write persuasive and compelling copy for various audiences across multiple formats, with a strong focus on digital platforms (social media, campaigns, website, video scripts, advertising, etc.).
- Ensure Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards of storytelling, accuracy, and brand alignment in all outputs. Uphold best practices and elevate the quality of deliverables.
- Lead & Mentor: Work closely with and report directly to the Head of Copy. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers and support in leading creative projects.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising agency, creative studio, or digital marketing environment
- Proven experience developing copy for Luxury, Real Estate, or Premium Lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and multi-platform campaign work
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media trends, digital content formats, and performance-driven marketing strategies
