Responsibilities
Develop Ideas & Concepts: Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, art directors, designers, and social managers to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute outstanding integrated communication campaigns.
Craft High-Impact Copy: Write persuasive and compelling copy for various audiences across multiple formats, with a strong focus on digital platforms (social media, campaigns, website, video scripts, advertising, etc.).
Ensure Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards of storytelling, accuracy, and brand alignment in all outputs. Uphold best practices and elevate the quality of deliverables.
Lead & Mentor: Work closely with and report directly to the Head of Copy. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior writers and support in leading creative projects.
Requirements
5–8 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in an advertising agency, creative studio, or digital marketing environment
Proven experience developing copy for Luxury, Real Estate, or Premium Lifestyle brands
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, storytelling, and multi-platform campaign work
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, projects, and stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with social media trends, digital content formats, and performance-driven marketing strategies
