About the role

  • Working Student in People & Culture at green account supporting HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Contributing to a sustainable corporate culture and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Support on all topics across the employee lifecycle — from onboarding and team events to offboarding support
  • Maintain and further develop our HR processes and tools
  • Recruiting tasks such as posting job advertisements and coordinating interviews
  • Contribute your own ideas to increase team spirit and drive development

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Business Administration (BWL), Human Resources/Personnel Management, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Interest in modern HR practices, New Work, and a sustainable corporate culture
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a structured approach and a strong team spirit
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Initial experience in HR is a plus but not required
