About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo at green4T supporting internal controls and documentation handling. Involves managing contractual information and assisting in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Handle telephone inquiries and digitize documents;
  • Analyze and sort received contractual information;
  • File contract documentation in an organized manner;
  • Support the manager in maintaining client contractual information (commercial);
  • Perform internal controls for contracts within the department;
  • Monitor contract-related costs;
  • Assist branches with sending invoices to the tax department;
  • Support reimbursement, advance payment and expense reconciliation requests from branches;
  • Assist in scheduling and issuing airline tickets / lodging for branches;
  • Maintain fleet controls, including tracking branches' mileage;
  • Support administrative needs of branches and the central office;
  • Assist the technical team in verifying inventory items and creating purchase requisitions for Delivery and branches;

Requirements

  • Technical degree in Business Administration / Accounting or related fields preferred.
  • Organized;
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
