About the role

  • Staff Administrative Assistant providing administrative support to Operations Management and assisting various departments with clerical and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager’s staff managers including Production, Planning, Quality/Test, Purchasing, Manufacturing/CI, and Safety
  • Create, edit, and distribute written communications
  • Coordinate employee meetings and external visitor engagements
  • Provide hands-on training for staff in personal computing skills
  • Coordinate and arrange travel and hospitality requirements for Leadership Team
  • Manage events planning with hotel and catering vendors
  • Provide administrative support to customers and guests

Requirements

  • High school diploma with at least 5 years of business support experience
  • Executive assistant to multiple managers, or office management
  • Associate’s degree in business related field preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP/ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Suite/Excel Skills preferred
  • Clerical skills in a production or manufacturing background preferred
