Responsibilities
Briefing, building, and deploying emails across broadcast, targeted, and automated journeys.
Collaborating with our creative, brand, merchandising and CRM teams.
Ensuring every communication aligns with our brand and supports our wider retention strategy.
Owning the QA process to ensure flawless execution: builds, links, rendering, segmentation and content accuracy.
Managing content workflows, timelines, and feedback loops across creative teams.
Contributing new ideas for creative formats, testing opportunities, and innovation within the channel.
Maintaining and evolving the CRM/email playbook to guide best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution (DTC or e-commerce experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of brand storytelling, visual content and digital creative best practice.
Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing campaign workflows.
Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a CRM or ESP (Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, etc. — experience with Bloomreach is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
Strong writing, editing and content-review skills, with an eye for narrative clarity, layout quality and brand consistency.
