About the role

  • Event and Marketing Project Specialist leading marketing initiatives at grape, ensuring projects move from idea to delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and projects.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and timelines.
  • Drive accountability across teams by setting deadlines.
  • Plan and execute events handling logistics and budgets.
  • Manage marketing operations tools ensuring projects are well-documented.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency.
  • Track progress and share status updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PMO, event management, marketing or creative operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
  • Ability to speak the language of designers and copywriters.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and setting expectations.
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and concise communication skills in English; German or French are a plus.
