Responsibilities
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and projects.
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders.
Translate high-level goals into clear project plans and timelines.
Drive accountability across teams by setting deadlines.
Plan and execute events handling logistics and budgets.
Manage marketing operations tools ensuring projects are well-documented.
Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects moving.
Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency.
Track progress and share status updates with stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in PMO, event management, marketing or creative operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
Ability to speak the language of designers and copywriters.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUp.
Confidence in stakeholder management and setting expectations.
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
Clear and concise communication skills in English; German or French are a plus.
