Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business or a related field
5+ years in progressive leadership in employee relations, human resources or a comparable area
Demonstrates advanced ER case management and investigative expertise
Applies employment laws with sound judgment in varied, ambiguous scenarios
Uses data and analytics to drive fact‑based, predictive insights and recommendations
