About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining employee records up to date based on legal regulations
  • Assisting employees with needs, paperwork, and HR policies
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
  • Processing exclusive transportation requests for employees
  • Creating and maintaining HR service page information
  • Preparing internal communications, including announcements
  • Identifying opportunities and/or gaps in current HR processes
  • Assisting team member activities to engage employees

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • 1 years’ experience in Human Resources or equivalent related experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on projects with limited supervision
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees
