About the role

  • Account Relationship Manager enhancing customer relationships at Grainger. Managing sales opportunities and account portfolios throughout the United States with strategic account plans and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales opportunities, negotiate to secure business, and sell the value of Grainger.
  • Develop strategic account plans.
  • Manage appropriate investments of time and resources.
  • Review, understand and apply complex information.
  • Understand complex customers with multiple decision makers and partners.
  • Identify new contacts, develop customer relationships across all departments.
  • Communicate our pricing offers, programs and broad offering of products and services.
  • Grow market share and achieve financial plans.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of sales and business or similar work experience
  • Negotiation knowledge
  • Mindset that expresses growth
