About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with the operational management of partnership projects
- Participate in defining client and partner requirements
- Contribute to drafting project deliverables (specifications, meeting minutes, schedules, tracking documents)
- Monitor project progress (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
- Prepare and organize project committees, follow-up meetings and steering committees
- Serve as an operational point of contact for partners (insurers, administrators, delegates)
- Track contractual and operational commitments
- Participate in preparing and facilitating partner meetings
- Provide regular reporting on actions and progress updates
- Help coordinate between business teams (health claims management, group insurance, compliance, legal) and IT teams
- Track topics related to tools, data flows, webservices, CRM and digital journeys
- Assist in the triage of incidents and requests for enhancements
- Participate in analyzing malfunctions and implementing action plans
- Contribute to optimizing processes and partner journeys
- Capture and share best practices and project lessons learned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) minimum in one of the following areas: Project Management, Insurance, Banking/Finance, Organizational Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in a project environment
- Good knowledge of health and personal insurance products
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
- Awareness of GDPR requirements and data security issues
- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of IT environments (CRM, data flows, webservices) is a plus
