Responsibilities
Managing the tenant selection process
Concluding and managing lease agreements
General tenant support and correspondence with tenants on all property- and apartment-related matters
Handling complaints and improving tenant/customer satisfaction
Annual planning of rent developments, tenant turnover and re-letting, as well as implementing rent increases
Assisting in the planning of individual modernization measures
Managing operating costs and supporting the preparation of service charge statements
Commissioning and overseeing service providers/contractors
Preparing profitability calculations in accordance with the Second Calculation Regulation (II. BV)
Monitoring payments and managing dunning/debt collection
Reviewing and coding/allocating invoices
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a real estate clerk/real estate specialist (m/f/d)
Professional experience in residential tenancy/property management is desirable
Knowledge of the specifics of publicly subsidized housing is desirable
Independent, conscientious and structured way of working
Confident user of MS Office programs
Strong service orientation and cost-conscious approach
Enjoy working in a team and able to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
