About the role

  • Head of Operations managing the entire operations area at Goya Finance. Ensuring efficient handling of factoring operations and developing processes with a team.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the Operations area, including process monitoring and optimization
  • Functional and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and development of the Operations team
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of compliance controls, checks and audits
  • Management and coordination of digitization and automation projects
  • Close collaboration and interface management with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Market teams
  • Preparation and analysis of KPIs, reports and presentations (including outsourcing and audit reports)
  • Ensuring timeliness, quality and efficiency in operational processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Banking, Finance or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, factoring or consulting
  • Several years of disciplinary leadership experience of operational teams
  • Solid knowledge of audit, compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in ef3 (efcom)
  • Good SQL skills and experience with BI tools
  • Excellent German (C1/C2) and strong English (C1)
