Responsibilities

- Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen im Auslagerungs- und Risikomanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Banking, Wirtschaft, Recht oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Finanzumfeld, Consulting, Audit, Compliance oder Risikomanagement
- Grundverständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. MaRisk, BAIT oder vergleichbar)
- Strukturierte, analytische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
