About the role

• Global Accounts Manager managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable functions at Comvita. Focusing on high-volume transactions and financial controls across multiple entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Oversee global new customer and supplier set up processes.
• Oversee settlement and reconciliation of customer accounts, including customer deductions.
• Monitor debtor ageing and proactively drive DSO reduction.
• Lead credit control process across global markets.
• Manage end-to-end supplier invoice processing across global supply chain partners.
• Ensure accurate inventory-related accruals and reconciliations.
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
• Drive improvements in cash conversion cycle.

Requirements

• 5 + years’ experience in finance within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Health Products (desirable).
• Strong experience managing high-volume AP and AR transactions.
• Strong understanding of inventory-linked billing and supply chain finance.
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• ERP system expertise (QAD or similar).
