Responsibilities
Develop and nurture VOLL's relationships with large prospective clients (key accounts).
Focus on generating new business opportunities in the B2B high-ticket segment.
Represent VOLL in a variety of external meetings and events.
Identify opportunities and create customized projects for these accounts.
Maintain rigorous management of the relationship pipeline, recording all interactions in the CRM.
Act as a strategic consultant to clients, anticipating needs and proposing value-added solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any field).
Conversational English is a strong plus.
Solid experience in business development, client prospecting, sales, and B2B high-ticket relationship management.
Proven experience in nurturing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with large accounts.
Experience with long-term consultative sales cycles.
Experience managing high-value B2B clients.
Prior knowledge of corporate travel management, business travel, or services for large enterprises (desirable).
Familiarity with using and managing CRM systems.
Experience using HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to design long-term relationship journeys with systematic recording in CRM.
