About the role

  • Field Marketing Manager executing events and in-market programs for GovDash in Washington, D.C. Building relationships and capturing content to support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations.
  • Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines.
  • Capture and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with AEs and SDRs on targeting, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Bring back market insights and community feedback to inform GTM strategy.
  • Support cross-functional marketing needs (webinars, campaigns, research, content).

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM/operations role.
  • Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience capturing and editing short-form video content.
  • Track record running both small events and large tradeshows.
  • Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in dynamic, in-person environments.
