Responsibilities
Generate qualified sales opportunities for our representatives.
Identify and qualify prospects (by phone, email, LinkedIn, or using our prospecting tools).
Initiate cold outreach and engage decision-makers.
Contribute to team growth by feeding sales reps with conversion-ready opportunities.
Record activities in our CRM to ensure thorough follow-up.
Requirements
Initial experience in prospecting, business development, or inside sales.
Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office suite, online prospecting tools).
Assets that will give you an edge:
Bilingual (French and English), as you will communicate with clients and colleagues across Canada and the United States.
Knowledge of accounting and/or Acomba and Avantage software.
Experience with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
