About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities for our representatives.
  • Identify and qualify prospects (by phone, email, LinkedIn, or using our prospecting tools).
  • Initiate cold outreach and engage decision-makers.
  • Contribute to team growth by feeding sales reps with conversion-ready opportunities.
  • Record activities in our CRM to ensure thorough follow-up.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in prospecting, business development, or inside sales.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills, curiosity, and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office suite, online prospecting tools).
  • Assets that will give you an edge:
  • Bilingual (French and English), as you will communicate with clients and colleagues across Canada and the United States.
  • Knowledge of accounting and/or Acomba and Avantage software.
  • Experience with modern prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo).
