Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate qualified pipeline from Mid-Market to Enterprise prospects.
Leverage AI tools, automation systems, and sales technology to improve outreach efficiency and personalization.
Research target accounts to identify key stakeholders and craft tailored messaging that resonates with their needs.
Qualify inbound interest when needed, ensuring seamless handoff to the Sales team.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to refine targeting, messaging, and lead quality.
Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation in the CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Provide insights on prospect trends, competitive signals, and campaign performance to improve team processes.
Represent the company with professionalism and strong business acumen in every interaction.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related outbound role
Strong professional communication skills with the ability to engage executives confidently
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting fundamentals and an interest in becoming an expert in pipeline generation
Coachable, curious, and motivated to exceed performance goals
Adaptable, able to work quickly, shift priorities, and thrive in a fast-changing environment
Collaborative team player with experience contributing in group settings
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales enablement tools.
