About the role
- Finance Operations & Automation Manager at Gojob focusing on automated finance processes and AI integration. Overseeing financial compliance, efficiency, and team collaboration in Paris.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and oversee the automation and optimization of Finance processes
- Map existing processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, temporary staffing invoicing, collections, month-end closings)
- Identify operational pain points, risks, manual tasks and productivity improvement opportunities
- Define and manage an automation roadmap (RPA, AI, workflows, APIs, OCR, etc.)
- Implement automation and AI solutions
- Optimize month-end close processes (fast close) and shareholder reporting
- Automate recurring journal entries, bank reconciliations and controls
- Optimize and automate customer billing cycles
- Implement customer risk monitoring and control tools
- Ensure Finance data consistency across systems
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards
- Produce reliable, automated group reporting
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit or Engineering (equivalent to Bac+5)
- 5–10 years’ experience in Finance Operations, consulting, audit, or Finance transformation
- Experience in a tech environment, scale-up or high-volume services (ideally temporary staffing / payroll)
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes (accounting, billing, collections)
- Practical experience in automation (RPA, ERP, no-code/low-code tools)
- Good understanding of AI use cases in Finance
- Strong data and tooling appetite (advanced Excel; BI and SQL are a plus)
- High autonomy and ability to structure work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with non-finance teams
- Teaching ability and change management experience
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
