About the role

  • Account Executive driving growth with AI-powered language solutions for goFLUENT. Focus on developing the Italian territory in the Education market with strong consultative relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop our Italian territory by prospecting clients in the Education market, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.
  • Qualify and understand your prospects business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.
  • Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.
  • Participate in exhibitions and events.
  • Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Good to have SaaS and international experience.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2).
  • Italian fluency.
