About the role

  • Regional Sales Manager responsible for business growth and managing sales activities in assigned territories for GN, known for its intelligent sound solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing the business and managing sales activities within an assigned geography
  • Primary point of contact for ingesting all marketing and sales leads to qualify
  • Close opportunities for unnamed or unmanaged accounts
  • Resolve day to day issues and engage support teams appropriately
  • Accept and qualify leads, schedule customer meetings, and convert leads to new customers
  • Manage the sales process to close business or route the opportunity
  • Build territory relationships and triage inbound partner requests
  • Establish customer communication and management strategy for non-managed customers
  • Attend marketing events for networking and geography growth
  • Manage customer and business data in our CRM

Requirements

  • Education at a Bachelor level or relevant practical experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Business to Business selling experience
  • Experience in writing, implementing, and tracking sales plans
  • Successful group presentation experience is essential
  • Knowledge of working within a CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in customer contact software, Office 365, and social media
  • Self-starter with effective time management skills
  • Energetic, determined to succeed
