About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for developing large enterprise accounts in Switzerland. Collaborating with internal teams to drive business and meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Retaining, acquiring, and developing large enterprise accounts
  • Developing and completing strategic customer accounts plans
  • Effectively influencing customers at all levels within their organizations
  • Developing and leveraging strategic alliance partnerships to identify opportunities, generate revenue and manage sales projects
  • Outlining objectives, strategies, tactics and mapping key stakeholders for each account
  • Ensuring coordinated account management efforts for each customer

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience selling to enterprise accounts, in a B2B environment
  • Some familiarity with the Swiss ICT or telecom market
  • Sound business acumen and the skill to cultivate, evaluate, and handle sales prospects
  • Solid command of German and English, with effective presentation skills.
