Responsibilities
You will share responsibility for internal office organization and actively help shape workflows.
You will be responsible for creating and managing electronically maintained grant records.
You will actively support incoming and outgoing mail processing.
You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines and for preparing reminder letters in a timely manner.
You will handle ongoing correspondence and prepare final notices after external cost audits.
You will actively support the supervision, onboarding and guidance of working students and trainees.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training, e.g., in a commercial or administrative field or as a legal assistant (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte).
You have already gained professional experience in administration and/or general office organization.
Initial professional experience in the tasks listed above is desirable but not required.
An independent, self-directed way of working completes your profile.
You are proficient in the common MS Office suite.
