About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define the strategy for unifying Paid and Owned channels.
  • Translate business priorities into a cohesive multi-year roadmap.
  • Lead the organizational shift toward a closed-loop ecosystem.
  • Drive best-in-class product management practices.
  • Establish KPIs that measure effectiveness across channels.
  • Champion continuous discovery and innovation methodologies.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven track record of connecting paid media campaigns with CRM/Lifecycle marketing
  • Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience implementing AI/ML capabilities within marketing workflows
  • Expert knowledge in 1st party data strategy
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
