Responsibilities
Act as a strategic link between Marketing and Sales
Participate in defining brands' strategies at the point of sale
Provide data-driven intelligence and ensure implementation of actions to drive sell-out
Develop, implement and monitor brand plans across different sales channels
Monitor performance indicators (sell-out, distribution, share, in-store execution) and produce analyses with action plans
Support the development of campaigns, point-of-sale materials and promotional activations
Manage the category budget
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields
Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales
Knowledge of sell-in/sell-out metrics, Nielsen, IQVIA, in-store execution and analytical tools
Organized, proactive, with a sense of urgency and critical thinking
Ability to communicate clearly and influence at different levels of the organization
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Intermediate/advanced English is a plus
