About the role

  • Director leading global oncology marketing strategies focusing on sac-TMT, a TROP2 antibody drug conjugate in late-stage development. Collaborating internationally to drive successful asset strategies and launch execution.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the commercial strategy development for specific indications for sac-TMT (TBD)
  • Driving the development of indication-level L3 and other marketing strategy-related asset deliverables, scientific narrative and any relevant unbranded strategy work, in close collaboration with relevant disease teams, ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies
  • Includes responsibilities for market research, SL insights and other related insight-gathering needs for relevant indications
  • Includes coordination with precision medicine team on biomarker strategies related to relevant indications
  • Leading commercial planning and execution for relevant indications for sac-TMT
  • Development of promotional strategies, messaging and any necessary global content deliverables, in collaboration with relevant disease teams, and ensuring consistency and cohesion with the overarching sac-TMT asset strategy and relevant disease portfolio strategies
  • AOR oversight and management
  • Management of the launch planning process for sac-TMT for relevant indication-level work, ensuring close cross-functional and cross-geographic coordination
  • SL engagement/congress strategy for relevant launch indications, in coordination with relevant disease teams and broader sac-TMT asset planning workstreams
  • Data analytics, performance metrics tracking for relevant indications, in close coordination with relevant disease teams and sac-TMT analytics team
  • Coordination with precision medicine team on commercialization of TROP2 CDx for relevant indications
  • Preparation for launch readiness and other governance discussions related to the relevant indications of sac-TMT
  • Coaching, guiding and development of direct reports, gig assignments, etc

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 8+ years Pharmaceutical Business experience - marketing, sales, market access & pricing, marketing support or related experiences in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
  • Understanding of healthcare trends and reimbursement and policy issues and their potential impact upon our Company's business opportunities
  • Experience leading strategy development and implementation
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive forward key initiatives
  • Strong collaboration skills, both within commercial teams and cross divisional teams
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages/information across the enterprise and to leadership
  • Ability to work within complex organizations and markets and leading sub-teams and influencing without authority.
