About the role

  • Administrator for Gloucestershire Equipment Loan Service, managing data entry and supporting queries. Responsible for financial processes and providing general admin support to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Accurate data entry and monitoring across relevant systems
  • Responding to queries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Supporting financial processes, including electronic procurement and accurate purchase recording for budget monitoring
  • Providing general administrative support to meet the needs of the team and wider service area, using computer-based systems to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience of working in an office
  • Customer-focused approach (internal and external)
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
