About the role

  • Provide daytime support with finance processes, data tracking, and general administration.
  • Link in with other daytime service providers who are not accessible to the Emergency Duty Team out of hours.
  • Work over five short days with one 5:30 p.m. finish per week.

Requirements

  • Understanding of working in a confidential office environment.
  • Good attention to detail for finance and data processes.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
  • Resilience to handle highly sensitive information which can sometimes be distressing.
  • Proactive attitude to working within a wider team.
