Responsibilities
Provide daytime support with finance processes, data tracking, and general administration.
Link in with other daytime service providers who are not accessible to the Emergency Duty Team out of hours.
Work over five short days with one 5:30 p.m. finish per week.
Requirements
Understanding of working in a confidential office environment.
Good attention to detail for finance and data processes.
Strong IT skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach with an ability to manage workload to meet deadlines.
Resilience to handle highly sensitive information which can sometimes be distressing.
Proactive attitude to working within a wider team.
