About the role

  • Team Administrator providing administrative support for Gloucester's Children and Families teams at Gloucestershire County Council. Ensuring effective communication and processing of financial documents.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Gloucester Children and Families teams with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Process financial documents to ensure funding is received
  • Deal with telephone enquiries and take messages
  • Prepare documents using Microsoft Word
  • Update spreadsheets using Excel
  • Book meetings using Microsoft Teams and internal room booking system
  • Process finance requests using SAP
  • Upload documents to our bespoke database Liquid Logic

Requirements

  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Ability to manage your workload to meet deadlines
