About the role

  • Product Manager leading consolidation and optimization of CRM systems within Global Payments. Driving user adoption and enhancing reporting capabilities through Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation, optimization, and long‑term strategy of CRM systems across global organisation
  • Focus on simplifying the CRM landscape and driving user adoption
  • Ensure data consistency and enable actionable insights through enhanced reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with Agile development teams and other business areas
  • Conduct investigation into simple to medium problems and support issue/problem resolution
  • Support go to market and training activities, communicate product capabilities to stakeholders
  • Lead the redesign and enhancement of CRM analytics by developing and scaling Power BI dashboards and reporting models

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology or business field, or comparable training and experience
  • Experience of working within a technology, software or payments environment
  • Scrum Product Owner certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Business Analyst certification (e.g. CCBA, CBAP, BCS, International Diploma in Business Analysis) (desirable but not essential)
  • Hands-on experience building or managing Power BI dashboards and data models (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience in document preparation, solutions design, programming language fundamentals
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
