About the role

  • Lead Product Owner defining and implementing the strategic vision for consumer experience platforms at Kimberly-Clark. Overseeing product roadmap, market research, and stakeholder management for global digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • reports to the Experience and Engagement leader and is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic vision, roadmap for the experience platform.
  • The position ensures the platform is scalable, secure and privacy-compliant while enabling seamless integration to deliver exceptional consumer experience.
  • Define Platform vision and strategy: Establish a clear product vision aligned with DMS and business objectives
  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for platform development and innovation.
  • Market Research and Validation: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer pain points and competitive insights. Use insights to inform platform decisions and prioritization.
  • Business case and OKRs: Define platform objective, key results. Monitor outcome to ensure measurable impact.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with segment PMs, UX leads and engineering team to drive adoption, scalability and reusability
  • Value creation and Growth: Drive additional value through feature enhancements, new tools / features and user testing to improve the platform.
  • Socialization and Communication: Lead the communication of platform performance, showcase wins and escalate risks / blockers
  • Backlog Management & Prioritization: Actively manage and prioritise platform backlog based on business value, ensuring clarity for the team
  • Sprint Planning and Execution: Set sprint goals, facilitate backlog refinement, and ensure stories are well understood and estimated.
  • Release Planning: Lead planning of platform releases, set expectation with stakeholder and coordinate defect resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, certification in product management and Scaled agile framework (SAFe)
  • 5+ years in digital platform management, with experience in large-scale digital ecosystems.
  • Expertise in digital platforms that provide consistent, personalized experiences across web, mobile, and social channels.
  • Experience in working with federated platform models and API led integrations.
  • Familiarity with AI driven marketing capabilities, emerging technologies, cloud services etc.
  • Strong grasp of security, privacy, and accessibility standards for global platforms
  • Proven leadership in engineering or platform strategy roles, ideally in global organizations.
  • Experience managing platform roadmaps, prioritizing global demand, and balancing investments across segments.
  • Hands-on exposure to DevOps, software development lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration .
