Responsibilities
Lead the definition, evolution and prioritization of the product roadmap, aligning clinical needs, market opportunities and technical feasibility;
Translate the needs of customers, partners and stakeholders into clear product requirements, together with technical and scientific teams;
Ensure product-market fit for AI solutions in healthcare;
Define, monitor and analyze product and project KPIs and success metrics;
Monitor global trends in healthcare, technology and innovation;
Plan, scope and manage projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, deliverables and productivity;
Manage risks, conflicts and action plans, acting as a focal point between teams and stakeholders;
Engage and align multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and high performance;
Support the company's positioning strategy within the health, technology and innovation ecosystem;
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, partnerships and expansion;
Act as a strategic partner to the Head of AI, ensuring alignment between business, product and technical execution;
Support the unit's executive director in strategic decisions;
Contribute to strengthening governance in a regulated, innovation-driven healthcare environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Health Sciences, Computer Science or related fields;
Previous executive leadership experience, preferably in startups, healthtechs, deep techs or product-led companies;
Strong experience in product management, business strategy and operations;
Proven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology and market;
Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical, clinical, executive and institutional audiences;
Experience in innovation environments, complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
