Product Manager developing AI/ML features for an accounting ERP company. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer workflows and product features.
Responsibilities
Define product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the ERP (e.g., co-work, anomaly detection, automation, recommendations).
Identify high-leverage opportunities where ML meaningfully improves customer outcomes—not novelty AI.

Work day-to-day with ML engineers, data scientists, and platform teams to ship production-grade AI systems.
Work closely with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and trust considerations around AI.
Own customer adoption of AI. Ensure AI features are understandable, controllable, and valuable for finance and operations users.
Collaborate with Design on UX patterns for AI (confidence, transparency, human-in-the-loop).
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning AI/ML-powered products.
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Hands-on familiarity with modern ML stacks (e.g., Python)
Experience with LLM-based agent frameworks
Comfortable reading technical specs, model documentation, and API designs—and asking the right questions.
Experience building B2B SaaS products; ERP, fintech, accounting, or operations software is a strong plus.
