About the role

  • Business Manager responsible for business performance through strategy and operational oversight. Collaborating with leadership to support growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategic direction
  • Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and operational improvement
  • Prepare and present comprehensive monthly and quarterly business reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for senior leadership
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • MBA preferred
  • 10 + years experience in business management, strategy, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders
