About the role
- Claim Manager handling claims for wind farm projects in the Central region. Collaborating with project teams and managing contract and legal communication.
Responsibilities
- You assert contractual claims against subcontractors and defend against unfounded claims from third parties
- You work closely with Contract Management, Legal and the Insurance department
- You support the development and optimization of claim management processes
- You prepare insights from claims and share 'lessons learned' with the teams
- You contribute to the adjustment of contract terms with subcontractors
- You assess liability and risk issues in the context of contract drafting and contract review
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Claim Manager or in a comparable role
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Law, or a comparable qualification
- Ability to quickly understand complex and partially incomplete matters
- High flexibility and willingness to adapt to dynamic conditions
- Enjoy working in international teams
- Strong assertiveness and excellent communication skills
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
