Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Practical experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including user, group and role management, basic configuration, security and compliance
- Knowledge of ITSM (Incidents, Problems and Changes)
- Experience with CMDB and relationships between Configuration Items (CIs)
- Experience with workflow and process automation
- Knowledge of Discovery and asset inventory (hardware, software, cloud and digital certificates)
- Experience with integrations via APIs, Business Rules and JavaScript
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Previous experience in IT support or service management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Desired)
- CIS – ITOM Certification (Desired)
- CIS – ITAM Certification (Desired)
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (Desired)
- Active participation in the ServiceNow community (Desired)
