Account Manager focusing on Media/OTT/Broadcast clients in DACH region. Building client relationships and identifying new opportunities while managing projects.
Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for our most important clients (focus on Media/OTT/Broadcast) in the DACH region and continuously identify new opportunities
You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
You structure and negotiate complex service and integration contracts
You coordinate clients, partner companies, technical teams and project management
You acquire new clients and develop new projects
You attend industry events and expand our network
You engage deeply with the portfolios of our partner companies
Requirements
At least three years of experience in account or project management within the streaming or IT integration environment
Basic technical understanding of streaming media workflows
Strong communication skills and a passion for building sustainable client relationships
Business-fluent German and English
Enthusiasm for an independent, responsible and conscientious way of working
Persuasiveness, negotiation skills and creativity in developing technical solutions
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks in parallel, and work effectively under time pressure
Strong team player
An existing network in the media or streaming industry is a major plus
