About the role

  • Account Manager at Givaudan managing key accounts in Thailand and Vietnam. Responsible for driving growth and cultivating customer relationships in the cosmetic active ingredient market.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Givaudan’s Active Beauty business by managing top and bottom lines
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Track Account Plans for key accounts
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution

Requirements

  • University degree (or equivalent), Chemistry or Biology major
  • 4-7 years of experience in the cosmetic raw material industry
  • 1+ years’ functional/technical experience in the cosmetic active ingredient market
  • Verbal and written command of English and Thai
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers
  • Project management skills
