About the role

  • Sales Manager for a company that offers digitization solutions for gastronomy and hotel industry. Engaging existing customers and actively acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing existing customers 🤝 – You will take over high-quality leads and long-standing clients immediately, without having to start with cold calling → quick wins guaranteed
  • Acquisition of new customers & accounts – You actively expand your portfolio
  • Documentation & proposal management 📊 – With our modern cloud ERP solution (Odoo) you manage sales opportunities professionally – always supported by our office team
  • Building and maintaining networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network around the gastronomy sector and help develop it further
  • Team collaboration 👥 – Close contact with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, support and plenty of learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding 🚀 – Through experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits and our e-learning platform you'll quickly be ready to run your own projects
  • Shaping digitalization 💡 – You guide your customers through their digital transformation and present smart solutions and options
  • Variety guaranteed 🔄 – Whether online or on-site: you present our products where they have the greatest impact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or sales-related vocational training – or equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales (approx. 2 years) preferred
  • Communicative & persuasive – you can inspire people
  • Goal-oriented, motivated & friendly – with a positive demeanor and a drive for success
  • Open-minded & eager to learn – you tackle tasks proactively
  • Confident written and verbal communication ✍️
  • Ideally experience in gastronomy or the hotel industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office & Teams
