About the role

  • Sales Manager managing existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients for digital solutions. Focused on the gastronomy and hospitality sector with a supportive office team for success.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our existing customers 🤝 – You will take on high-quality leads and regular clients directly, without having to start with cold calling → quick wins guaranteed
  • Acquiring new customers & sites – You actively expand your portfolio
  • Documentation & proposal management 📊 – Using our modern Cloud ERP solution (Odoo), you professionally manage your sales opportunities – always supported by our office team
  • Building & maintaining networks 🌐 – You will be integrated into our existing partner network around the gastronomy sector and help develop it further
  • Team collaboration 👥 – Close contact with your colleagues in the 20-person sales department provides input, security, and plenty of learning opportunities
  • Intensive onboarding 🚀 – Through experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits, and our e-learning platform, you’ll quickly be ready for your own projects
  • Shaping digitalization 💡 – You guide your customers through their digital transformation and present smart solutions and options
  • Variety guaranteed 🔄 – Online or on-site: you present our products where they have the greatest impact

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or sales-related training – or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in sales (approx. 2 years) desirable
  • Communicative & persuasive – You can inspire people
  • Goal-oriented, motivated & friendly – with a positive demeanor and enthusiasm for success
  • Open-minded & eager to learn – You take proactive ownership
  • Confident written and verbal communication ✍️
  • Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams
