Inside Sales Manager managing payment solutions for clients at Gewinnblick. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
You are the primary contact for Payment matters for our clients, Gewinnblick locations and internal departments such as Accounting, Sales and Marketing.
You advise clients on payment solutions and professionally support them from inquiry through to contract signing.
You prepare quotes and payment contracts, conduct contract reviews and ensure smooth processing.
You support other departments, e.g. Marketing and Sales, with campaigns and sales activities.
You actively contribute to optimising our sales approaches and bring forward your ideas.
You are responsible for selling add-on services and ensuring correct setup in our systems (Odoo).
Requirements
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable experience, ideally in the financial services sector — or equivalent experience in areas such as hospitality, office or service roles.
Career changers and professionals returning to the workforce with organisational talent, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact are very welcome!
You work independently, reliably and like to contribute as part of a team.
Confident user of common MS Office applications.
Experience with the ERP system Odoo is an advantage but not required.
