About the role

  • Inside Sales & F&B Solutions Manager focusing on effective sales strategies for digital solutions in hospitality. Bridging customer needs and product implementation while enhancing service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales / Sales support: Qualify inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs related to POS, payment, ordering and digital process solutions
  • Prepare and conduct online demos and initial consultations
  • Create proposals, follow up and support the implementation of measures to increase efficiency, control costs and digitize operations in the foodservice and hotel sectors
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain all relevant information in the CRM system
  • Analyze F&B processes and identify optimization potential
  • Evaluate inventory management structures, recipes, costing processes and digital tools
  • Provide expert advice on digital trends in the F&B sector
  • Support product trainings or internal knowledge-sharing formats
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Product Management

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in F&B management, gastronomy/hospitality or the hospitality sector
  • Solid understanding of operations in restaurants, hotels or chain/contract catering
  • Experience in sales or customer success is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Affinity for digital tools, POS systems and modern payment solutions
  • High advisory and presentation skills
  • Independent and responsible work approach
