Responsibilities
Manage our existing customers π€ β You will take responsibility for high-quality leads and regular customers directly, without having to start with cold calling β quick wins guaranteed
Acquire new customers & locations β You will actively expand your portfolio
Documentation & proposal management π β With our modern cloud ERP solution (Odoo) you will manage your sales opportunities professionally β always supported by our office team
Build and maintain networks π β You will be integrated into our existing partner network in the gastronomy sector and further develop it
Team collaboration π₯ β Close contact with your colleagues in our 20-person sales department provides input, security & plenty of learning opportunities
Intensive onboarding π β Guided by experienced senior salespeople, joint customer visits and our e-learning platform, you will quickly be ready to run your own projects
Drive digitalization π‘ β You will support your customers in their digital transformation and present smart solutions & options

Requirements
Completed commercial or sales-related training, or equivalent qualification
Initial professional experience in sales (approx. 2 years) desirable
Communicative & persuasive β You know how to inspire people
Goal-oriented, motivated & friendly β with a positive demeanor and enjoyment of achieving success
Open-minded & eager to learn β you take initiative and tackle tasks proactively
Confident written and verbal communication skills
Ideally experience in gastronomy or hospitality
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Teams
