Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality, competitiveness and deliverability of proposals for high-voltage turnkey substations
- Carefully analyze tender requirements
- Support the Sales team in Go/No-Go decisions
- Define overall bidding strategy
- Run kick-off meetings to involve all required departments and functions
- Clarify technical and commercial aspects of proposals
- Prepare and conduct approval meetings with various management levels
- Submit proposals that are complete, competitive, executable and profitable
- Support continuous improvement of the tendering process
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Relevant experience in sales, engineering/design and/or tendering
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
